- Today’s reading investigation: What will you learn about sunflowers?
- Family Sharing: Invite everyone to share what they have learned from the slide above. Discuss which information they will record in their journals. *Guide them to write down interesting facts, new information they would like to remember, as well as what they would like to know more about.
- Materials: family learning journals/paper, pencils, colored pencils, and/or crayons. Remind them to open their journals to the next available page and date it. Don’t forget to have them label the top of the page with today’s learning topic/skill.
