  • Around the table today ask each person why our U.S. Flag is honored and respected? “Why has the U.S. flag mattered to so many lives and nations around the world?” If our actions speak louder than words… then what does our honesty, truthfulness, and virtues say about us and our respect towards others?
  • Next discuss the reason why “Old Glory” symbolizes American values and faith in our Creator? *Let everyone share without interruptions, explain that listeners respect those sharing by making eye contact!
  • Closure: Take this opportunity to hold hands and ask someone to lead a prayer asking our Lord for His strength, His guidance, and His blessing upon our Nation.
