Sunday Reflections: Redeeming Faith

Family meals… Family Learning… Family Sharing… Family Growing… Blessings!

  • Around the table today ask each person why having a faith beyond the grave would matter? If our actions speak louder than words… then what does our faith say about us and our respect towards others?
  • Next read and discuss Rev 22. *Let everyone share without interruptions, explain that listeners respect those sharing by making eye contact!
  • Finally, share “What does this ‘Redeeming Faith’ look like to those who cross our path on a daily basis? *Invite everyone to share a “Redeemed” faith impacts our daily choices (how we talk, the clothes we wear, the movies/books/music we listen to, the discussions we have with our friends, etc.). Invite them to share one “Redeemed” faith behavior that they will work on for their witness to those who cross their path during this week.
  • Closure: Take this opportunity to hold hands and ask someone to lead a prayer asking our Lord for His strength while we practice these new faith changers.
